Every collection begins with listening. We immerse ourselves in your house — its architecture, its light, its guests, its rituals — and distil it into a moodboard, a graphic chart and a style guide.

The research becomes tangible. Uniforms and gifts are cut, sewn and fitted in calico, then refined until every stitch, every seam and every silhouette is exactly right.

Production is entrusted to our circle of Italian artisans — a single suit or a full brigade, made in Italy one piece at a time. Every piece then reaches the property, wherever it is, from the Alps to the Indian Ocean — and when a new maison opens, the story continues.

Casarialto is our house of glass. Since 2008, Catherine Urban has worked side by side with Venetian masters, marrying a contemporary, practical design with centuries of savoir-faire.
More than two hundred pieces, each blown by hand — and bespoke creations for the tables of La Vague d’Or in Saint-Tropez, 1947 in Randheli and La Case in Saint-Barth.

The atelier
Wooliweiss is a creative atelier for luxury hospitality. We give a house’s signature a form — in cloth, leather, linen and glass — and we carry every collection ourselves, from the first moodboard to the day it reaches your team, wherever in the world it is.
Every idea is born in our ateliers in Italy, and behind each piece stands a circle of more than a hundred Italian artisans, chosen one by one over the years.

The founder · Catherine Urban
Trained in fashion in Paris, Catherine spent twelve years with Chanel and Louis Vuitton — years that taught her the culture of luxury: an eye for detail, an expectation of perfect finishings, and a taste for beauty that admits no compromise.
Having lived and worked across Europe, Asia and South America, she founded Wooliweiss in 2011, and later Casarialto, to bring Italy’s rarest savoir-faire to the world’s finest houses.
